Jennell Lewis
Jennell Lewis is a filmmaker whose emotional intelligence and instincts have drawn commendations from executive producers, viewers and creative directors alike. She has directed commercials and web based branded documentaries for clients including Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Big Commerce, ASICS, and Quicken Loans and more. In addition to the above, Jennell is the co-creator of a new series, Good Blood, (funded by ITVS and the Center for Public Broadcasting) about period poverty in the US.
Over the years Jennell has attuned her skills as a director, producer, camera operator and editor to create a well rounded and decisive voice all her own.
A graduate of Hawai’i Pacific University, her background is in dance and economics. Jennell lives in Austin, Texas with her partner, impossibly cute daughter, and Maya the dog.
